Our Team Building and Leadership Programs in Durango offer personal development, team building and cohort learning— enhancing communication, facilitating conflict resolution, developing a common language, and increasing productivity. We utilize Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) to help groups and teams become better, stronger and more productive. Activities with horses are designed to represent your workplace environment, focusing on the strengths and challenges that most impact your organization. The horses bring in the element of the unknown, which draw teams in to work together in problem solving and communication.
